We dispatch our paint orders with DHL on a Tracked 48 hour service. Orders placed before 11am will dispatch the same working day. All orders will dispatch within 24 hours.
Non-paint orders are delivered with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service.
Free Delivery on all UK orders over £100. (Up to £99.99 delivery is £4.95)
Delivery to Republic of Ireland is £9.95 for all orders
You can return any unused item to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Please return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund. Your right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which we make to order.
We can arrange collection via our preferred courier. A charge will be payable by you for this service. Or, you can arrange a courier of your choice to return your order. On receipt of the goods in its original condition we process a full refund within 48 hours.
Please note if you decide to return any items, please insure against loss and damage. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit, or damaged upon arrival. We do not reimburse for damaged returns.

You will need your order reference number. Please be aware we do not offer refunds for dented tins that have occurred in transit.
We do not offer insurance against, or accept responsibility, for damages or leakages occurred in transit. In the unlikely event that a parcel is leaking, please liaise with the courier.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please be aware that mixing may take place immediately after you place your order. Mixed to order paints cannot be cancelled once we have mixed your order for you.
On dispatch, it is not possible to cancel your order. It will be delivered. Therefore, it is the customers responsibility to return them.
If your order is not delivered after 2 attempts by the courier, the consignment will be returned back to our warehouse. We will treat this as a cancellation. A refund will then be issued, minus the delivery charge, return delivery charge and the price paid for any mixed to order paints.
